End-to-end hardware monitoring
One of the worst scenarios to be assumed within information technology is the failure of one or more components. In order to actively counteract this problem, we rely on continuous hardware monitoring, which detects hardware problems in advance and gives sufficient time to intervene.
Guaranteed response times of maximum two hours (2h)
In the unlikely event of a system crash or hardware failure, it is important that a response is as timely as possible to minimize the damage. Most IT service providers do not offer contractually regulated response times. This point is particularly important to us, so we guarantee a maximum response time of two hours (2 hours) after telephone alerting. Within this time, data center staff will begin troubleshooting your specific disruption.
Hardware replacement within 4 hours
Hardware outages don’t know about holidays. If there are hardware defects, there is no question that the repair must be carried out promptly and professionally by the responsible hoster. However, a large number of providers do not adhere to this enormously important principle; Support requests outside business hours are usually subject to a charge and additional packages are only offered at overpriced prices.
